Belly fat is known as the most stubborn to shift. Sometimes despite the exercise and care taken with your food intake if you can’t lose your belly fat , you’re using the wrong approach .

EAT HEALTHY , you can exercise and built muscles , but if you eat junk food all day you wan’t lose belly fat.

stop eating processed food , limit alcohol consumption and eat less carbs

Eat whole unprocessed foods ; veggies , fruits , proteins with each meal and drink water . EAT MORE , healthy food won’t make you fat specially if you exercise 2-3 times per week . Starving yourself is the number one nutritional mistake, because if you starve yourself , your body will burn muscle for energy not fat , you’ ll become skinny- fat .
